With the release of her new album Heritage Blue, on the label Husky Tone Records, which right from the title refers to the origin of a family history. Habaka takes her listeners on a journey from Blues to Jazz, Soul to Funk, from pleasure to pain and everywhere in between.
This is Habaka stepping into her inheritance, while she’s considered to be one of the last authentic Blues, Jazz, and Gospel voices in her genre today, Habaka wears the crown. After all it’s in her DNA!
